This brand new villa is available to rent from April 2008. The prices below are per week for up to 6 people. Please contact us for prices of shorter or longer rentals. When booking a £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure the dates requested. Please do not book flights until your booking has been confirmed.

Regarding cancellations, we recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance once you have made your booking. If your reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance, subject to terms and conditions of your policy, you may be able to make a claim. It should be remembered that a current policy should be in force at the time of booking, and not just for the duration of the holiday, as there will be no refund once the payment has been made.
